• Seeking a full time Board Eligible/Board Certified Urologist to join our well-established practice
• Provider will be joining a busy practice with talented, experienced physicians and an advanced practice provider who enjoy a supportive work environment with a great work-life balance.
• Full-time position with flexible schedule
• Outstanding guaranteed salary and benefits
• Call Rotation: 1:3
• Average outpatient volume: 20 Äì 30 patients per day
• Average inpatient volume: varies
• Equipment includes:
- Office - Digital Cystoscopy with blue light and ultrasound - Hospital - Moses 2.0 Technology - Hospital - Digital Ureteroscopy
• Practice support staff including an advanced practice provider
• Potential outreach opportunities in LaPorte, Chesterton & Valparaiso, IN
• Common Procedures/Surgeries:
- Cystoscopy - Urodynamics - Da Vinci Robot - PVP, TURBT, bladder biopsy, stent placement - Ureteroscopy - Prostate biopsy - Robotic prostatectomy - Laparoscopic nephrectomy/partial nephrectomyCompensation/Benefits

Qualifications:
• Doctorate - Required
• Physician License (MD/DO) - Upon Hire Required Äì and -
• Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Upon Hire Required
