Anesthesiology Physician

• Specialty: Anesthesiologist
• Dates/Schedule: Day shifts - Weekdays
• Length of Assignment: 6 months, long term
• Shift Hours: 7 AM - 3 PM or 7 AM - 5 PM
• Call Ratio: Weeknight, Weekend - model is In-House. CRNA support for in -house pager
• Case Mix: Require Cardiac Fellowship, cardiac capable, Regional Anesthesic blocks & nerve blocks, Peds capable, OB
• # of Surgical Cases per day: 30/day
• # of OR's: 15 + 2 out of OR locations (endo and specials) and OB
• Supervision and Ratio: Medically directed. 1:3
• Active License
• Credentialing Time Frame: approx 120 days
• Certifications Required: ACLS, PALS, BLS, ATLS, DEA. boarded
