What You ll Do:

• Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
• Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure effective patient management
• Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records
• Respond swiftly and effectively to emergency situations
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care procedures
• Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and safety protocols

What You Need:

• Valid Oregon RN license
• BLS certification (required)
• Minimum 1 year of ED RN experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teaching abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing clinical situations
