- Supported by an experienced team of Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and clinical staff
- Collaborative environment with access to Mohs Surgery, Plastic Surgery, and Facial Plastics specialists
- Practice currently employs approximately 40 team members
- Four-day clinical work week
- Office hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Average patient volume of 20+ patients per day, based on physician comfort level
- Heavy medical dermatology volume on Mondays with significant cosmetic opportunities throughout the remainder of the week
- Opportunity to build a customized practice mix of medical and cosmetic dermatology
- Base salary of $450,000
- Collections-based production incentive package beginning in the first year
- 4 weeks PTO
- 5 additional CME days
- $5,000 CME and professional dues allowance

- Eligible for Maryland medical licensure
- Interest in practicing medical dermatology
- Cosmetic dermatology experience preferred but not required
