Locum Physician Hematology/Oncology Potsdam, NY

Shift: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
End Date: 6 9 Month Assignment

Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult Hematology & Oncology Patients
Setting: Outpatient Oncology Clinic with Occasional Inpatient Consults
Responsibilities: Providing hematology and oncology consultations, chemotherapy management, immunotherapy oversight, targeted therapy planning, hormone therapy management, collaborative cancer care, and multidisciplinary patient treatment within a growing oncology program
Required Procedures: Chemotherapy, Immunotherapy, Targeted Therapy & Hormone Therapy Management
EMR System: Epic with AI Charting Support
Support Staff: 1 MD, 1 NP & 3 CNA/CMA Support Staff
Days Per Month: Full-Time Coverage Preferred
On-Call/Weekends: No Call Required

Requirements:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology Required
• Active NY License Required
• Minimum 5 Years Experience Required
