Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $1.00/hour (note: placeholder actual compensation discussed upon application)
• Annual Compensation: $312,000 $438,000 (plus $25,000 Medical Director stipend)

What You ll Do

• Provide OB-GYN emergency care, triage, and surgical management
• Manage labor and delivery, including high-risk cases
• Conduct inpatient consultations and handle obstetric and gynecologic emergencies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams including maternal-fetal medicine support from Stanford
• Support the launch of a new hospital-based OB-GYN service line

What You Need
Required:

• Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience (preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and team collaboration skills

Preferred:

• Leadership experience in clinical settings
