Prime Staffing is seeking a qualified provider for an exciting assignment.

FIXED

Specialty: Hematology/Oncology

Start Date: ASAP

Shift Details: Scheduled and on call

Schedule: Monday-Friday (days). Overnight Call and W/E call HIGHLY PREFERRED

Work Details:

Amount of coverage needed per month: full time coverage needed. Overnight call required. Weekend call highly preferred!

Is PM call needed? - Yes for continuity of care, we want someone that is on the inpatient side that is willing to take call the same week

Is weekend call needed? - Yes, although, I am open to someone who doesn't want to do weekends. In this case, providers service that week would end on Fri at 4:30 PM

Patients per day: Consult services may vary. 22-25.

Support Staff: 2 MDs and 2 APPs with pagers. No APP on weekends

EMR: Epic

Hospital bed size: 540

Special procedures: Malignant Hematology Required

Skills required: Medical Oncology and Infusion Coverage required

Practice Setting:

• Hospital

• Infusion Center

• Outpatient

Requirements:

Malignant Hematology Required

Board Certification: Hematology & Oncology both Required

License required: MN license, IMLC accepted

DEA: Required

Certifications required: BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 60 - 90 days
