Schedule: Full-Time Outpatient Only
Compensation: $260,000 $280,000

A well-established, mission-driven community health organization in Orange County is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join its growing outpatient team. Position Highlights
  • 100% outpatient primary care

  • Family Medicine preferred; Internal Medicine considered

  • Open to experienced physicians and new graduates

  • Competitive compensation: $260,000 $280,000

  • Average patient volume of approximately 18 patients per day

  • Dedicated Medical Assistant support

  • Integrated referral and case management services

  • Collaborative, team-based care model

  • Strong provider retention and supportive leadership

  • Primary clinic assignment with flexibility to support nearby locations as needed

Clinical Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services

  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions

  • Coordinate specialty referrals and continuity of care

  • Develop evidence-based treatment plans

  • Promote preventive care and wellness education

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Required

  • MD or DO degree

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

  • California medical license (or ability to obtain)

  • DEA certification (or eligibility)

Preferred

  • Community Health Center or FQHC experience

  • Spanish language skills

  • Commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
