Compensation: $260,000 $280,000
A well-established, mission-driven community health organization in Orange County is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join its growing outpatient team. Family Medicine preferred; Internal Medicine considered

Competitive compensation: $260,000 $280,000
Average patient volume of approximately 18 patients per day
Dedicated Medical Assistant support
Integrated referral and case management services
Collaborative, team-based care model
Strong provider retention and supportive leadership
Primary clinic assignment with flexibility to support nearby locations as needed
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Coordinate specialty referrals and continuity of care
Develop evidence-based treatment plans
Promote preventive care and wellness education
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Required
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
California medical license (or ability to obtain)
DEA certification (or eligibility)
Preferred
Community Health Center or FQHC experience
Spanish language skills
Commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations
