What You ll Do
  • Provide urologic care in clinic, including assessments, diagnoses, and management of urological conditions
  • Perform scheduled OR procedures, including cystoscopies, biopsies, and other interventions
  • Take 24-hour on-call shifts, being the sole urology provider with APP backup support
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure quality outcomes
  • Document patient visits, procedures, and follow-up plans accurately
  • Support the facility s efforts to deliver exceptional urological services
What You Need
  • Urology state license (preferred)
  • Prior urology clinical experience
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently during on-call hours
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and weekdays
About the Assignment
This position is based at a leading healthcare facility in Olympia, WA. The facility supports a busy urology service line with a dedicated team committed to providing high-quality care. The provider will be the main urologist on call during scheduled shifts, with back-up support from Advanced Practice Providers. Responsibilities include clinic work, scheduled OR procedures, and on-call coverage, ensuring comprehensive urology services for patients in the community.
