• Perform complex medical laboratory tests for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease
• Analyze and correlate laboratory data to patient diagnosis and treatment
• Maintain laboratory equipment and quality assurance standards
• Interpret and report test results accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care

Requirements:

• MLT/MLS or Medical Laboratory Scientist certification
• ASCP certification
• Prior experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
