The Clinical Landscape
- Dynamic Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a flexible Monday-Friday schedule - Typically 3-4 days in the clinic and 1-2 days in the OR, tailored to your surgical strengths
- High-Volume Impact: Average 20+ patients per day and 15-18 surgeries per week

What You Bring

- Board Certification/Eligibility: Must be board certified or board eligible in Urology with a clean background/nothing that will prevent credentialing and/or obtaining additional licensure.

The Investment in You We offer a top-tier compensation package designed to reward your expertise and ensure long-term success:
- Documented Earnings: Generous base salary guaranteed for first 18 months plus RVU production incentive - Current physicians are making between $1.2MM and $1.5MM annually
- Performance: Quarterly incentives
- Additional Incentives: Up to $50,000 Commencement and $75,000 Student Loan Repayment .
- Support: $15,000 Relocation, $4,500 CME allowance, and fully covered licensure/dues.
- Total Time Off: Negotiable
- Future Planning: Retirement plan with a generous match and a Fellowship Stipend (if applicable).
