Credentialing can take up to 90 days

Shift Details
Varied shifts available
Day shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Swing shifts: 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Night shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Minimum shift requirement: 7-day blocks preferred every other week
Coverage is across 3 locations
6-12 month commitment preferred

Requirements
Board Certification
Washington medical license
Residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Willing to review Internal Medicine residents in their third year of training
ACLS, BLS, DEA
Clean malpractice history - Highly Preferred

Assignment Details
5 providers needed
Inpatient setting
Day admitter/rounding responsibilities
Typical rounding service census of 14-18 patients
Admitter panel of 7-10 patients
EMR: EPIC
Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained hospitalists with hospital medicine experience will be considered
Rounding required depending on service
Admits required depending on service
Estimated nocturnist volume: 7-10 admissions and/or admitting 3-4 patients with cross coverage for approximately 100 patients
Locum may be the sole provider when working as a nocturnist at some facilities
Hospitalists respond to codes for their patients
ICU coverage varies by facility, with mostly closed ICUs and some co-managed units
Cross credentialing available across assigned facilities
