Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days

Shift Description
24-hour call coverage, 7am - 7am
Weekend coverage required
Orthopedic Level II trauma call
Average callback time: 2 hours

Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
Nebraska license
Orthopedic residency
DEA
ATLS - Highly Preferred
Clean malpractice - Highly Preferred
- Local provider - Highly Preferred

Required Procedures
General orthopedic care and fracture care

Assignment Details
Inpatient and Emergency Department setting
Surgical cases as needed
Support from ED and OR staff
Hospitalists admit patients
Average patient volume: 1-2 per day
EMR: Epic
