As a Psychiatrist, you will:

• Diagnose, manage, and treat a wide range of mental health conditions in an outpatient setting
• Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management
• Develop personalized, integrative treatment plans tailored to each patient
• Work independently while supported by a full administrative team (scheduling, prior authorizations, records, etc.)
• Utilize EMR systems and e-prescribing efficiently

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited institution
• Completed (or completing) Psychiatry residency
• Active Massachusetts medical license & valid DEA registration
• Interest in advanced/interventional psychiatry (e.g., TMS, Spravato) is a plus
• Compassionate, non-judgmental, and patient-focused approach ️
