JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: Board Certified OBGYN (BC) highly preferred; Board Eligible (BE) accepted if on staff at another Joint Commission hospital without monitoring.
• Licenses: Active California License (CA) required
• DEA: Active DEA Certification required
• Certifications: BLS, NRP/PALS required during credentialing
• AOther Qualifications: Clean malpractice/background, Local provider preferred, Availability for specified dates

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour call coverage for OB and GYN emergency department.
• Perform vaginal and cesarean deliveries.
• Perform gynecological surgeries.
• Manage OB/GYN emergencies.
• Respond within 20 minutes when on call.
