Seeking a Board Certified Urologist for long-term coverage with a 1 year or longer commitment2 week on/2 week off rotation with flexible datesCoverage consists of Monday through Friday clinic and OR shiftsTypical schedule consists of 4 clinic days with 1 OR day each week, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMNo call coverage requiredApproximately 20 patient encounters per shiftDa Vinci Xi Robot available on siteFacility lodging with amenities available during scheduled shiftsMichigan License, Michigan CDS, and Michigan DEA requiredCurrent board certification or board eligible (American Board of Urology or American Osteopathic Board of Surgery - Urological Surgery) requiredSuccessful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency/fellowship or foreign training in Urology requiredAt least 50 urological procedures reflective of the scope of privileges requested during the past 12 months required, or successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency/clinical fellowship within the past 12 monthsACLS certification requiredRequired skills include general urology (adult required, pediatric preferred), laparoscopic surgeries, ureteroscopy, renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy, TRUS biopsies, and fertility work-upPreferred skills include nephrectomy, prostatectomy, robotic surgery, incontinence procedures, and pediatric urologyFacility:
