Please ask about our generous referral fees!Position Overview:A well-established community-based health system is seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Anesthesiologist for a full-time flex/hybrid position. Join an established, collegial anesthesia team with 7.5 physicians and 13 CRNAs at a community hospital with academic affiliation.Position HighlightsFull-time position with a structured, shift-based schedule.Physicians fulfill their FTE commitment through a combination of scheduled coverage shifts, including daytime and 24-hour coverage opportunities, designed to support continuous patient care and team coverage needs.Typical weeks:one 24-hour shift plus two 12-hour day shifts (1 24 + 2 12).On weeks when the team is fully staffed: four 12-hour day shifts (4 12), weekdays only.The 24-hour shift may fall on a weekday or weekend, typically no more than one weekend shift every two weeks.All shifts count toward the 48-hour weekly obligation and base salary; schedule varies based on team needs.Variety of cases including Endo, Ortho, Uro, Vascular, General Surgery, Plastics, Robotics, OB-GYN, GI, IR, and healthy Pediatrics.
