What You'll Be Doing
The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive general dentistry services while developing advanced treatment planning and leadership skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Comprehensive general dentistry
- Restorative dentistry
- Crown and bridge procedures
- Extractions
- Removable prosthetics
- Treatment planning and case presentation
- Building long-term relationships with patients
- Delivering high-quality, patient-centered dental care
- Collaborating with an experienced clinical team
Compensation is based on the greater of:
- 30%-35% of restorative collections (based on experience)
- 40% of hygiene collections
- Guaranteed daily rate
- $800/day guarantee based on days worked
- $5,000 relocation assistance
- 25-35 new patients per month
- Future partnership opportunity when mutually appropriate
- 401(k) with employer match

- Malpractice insurance assistance
- Continuing education reimbursement up to $3,000 annually
- Reduced laboratory fees for clear aligner therapy
- Additional reimbursement opportunities for approved services
- Year 1: Three weeks PTO (excluding CE)
- Year 2+: Four weeks PTO with qualifying production levels
- Monday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- 30-minute lunch daily
