Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Opening Lima, OHLocated in Lima, OhioFull-Time, Permanent Practice Overview Full-time CRNA opportunity in Lima, Ohio Join an established anesthesia team consisting of 8 CRNAs and 1 Anesthesiologist Hospital-based practice providing anesthesia services exclusively at one medical center Flexible scheduling with 8-, 10-, or occasional 12-hour shifts, typically 7:00 AM Äì3:30 PM, with weekend coverage as needed Average of 2 Äì3 surgical cases per CRNA daily, supporting approximately 20 Äì30 operating room cases per day Practice in a 12-room surgical suite, including general ORs, endoscopy suites, cardiac ORs, and obstetrics Care primarily for adult patients with some routine pediatric cases Perform preoperative assessments, inductions, emergences, nerve blocks, and anesthesia management independently Strong physician supervision model that promotes CRNA autonomy Robust regional anesthesia program supported by dedicated block-trained nursing staff Modern anesthesia equipment and anesthesia-specific EMR No neonatal surgery, bariatric surgery, or transplant cases New graduate CRNAs are encouraged to apply Credentialing timeline of approximately 30 days Visa sponsorship is not available Compensation & Recruitment Package Competitive compensation based on experience and training Relocation assistance available for qualifying candidates Up to $100,000 in student loan repayment for qualifying contracts Recruitment incentives may be available Job Qualifications Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Board Certified by the NBCRNA/AANA by start date Ohio CRNA license or eligibility BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required by start date NRP certification preferred DEA registration required prior to start Three or more years of CRNA experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome Visa sponsorship is not available Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) Basic and supplemental life insurance 401(k) retirement plan Short- and long-term disability coverage 280 hours of paid time off annually Tuition reimbursement and scholarship opportunities Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Free YMCA membership Employee discounts, including cafeteria discounts Perfect attendance bonus Recognition and employee appreciation programs Community DetailsLima, Ohio offers a welcoming community with an affordable cost of living, short commute times, and a family-friendly atmosphere.
