Registered Nurse - Home Care Liaison - Full Time - Day Shift

:Receives and reviews referrals for Home Care services, assesses the level of care needed in the home, successfully communicates the benefits of home care and provides necessary patient information to establish the needed services.Education: Required: Graduate of an accredited Nursing program. Experience: Preferred: Minimum one (1) year home care experience. Skills: Requires excellent communication skills in speaking with hospital personnel, doctors, patients, families, and other CoxHealth at Home employees effectively and courteously. Must be professional, as well as able to successfully convey all available services and their benefits in an empathetic and caring manner. Must organize, prioritize, work independently, and demonstrate good judgment while working in a fast paced and challenging role. Must possess ability to be mobile within the hospital setting at least 80% of the time. Must have reliable transportation. Licensure/Certification/Registration: Required: Current RN license active in the state of Missouri Required: Active Driver's License
