Permanent Pediatrician OpportunityLocation: Alma, GeorgiaPractice Type: Outpatient Pediatrics + Newborn CareGroup Size: 8 Providers (Solo Pediatrician)Visa Candidates WelcomePractice Highlights

• Solo pediatrician within an established 8-provider medical group
• Strong referral base from local OB physicians
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• No weekend clinic hours
• Average 20-25 patients per day
• Shared 1:3 call with a local Family Medicine physician
• Very light call with approximately 180 deliveries per year

Clinical Responsibilities

• Outpatient pediatric care
• Newborn rounding
• Admit pediatric patients to local hospital
• Cover emergency C-sections only at the OB's request (rare)
• Collaborate with local OBs and Family Medicine physicians

Hospital & Nursery

• Admit to local hospital
• Level I Nursery
• Approximately 180 annual deliveries
• Level III NICU backup in Savannah

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Visa candidates are welcome to apply

Compensation & Benefits

• $250,000 Base Salary + Production Bonuses
• Up to $200,000 Student Loan Repayment through the Georgia State Office of Rural Health
