Advanced Practice (CRNA) - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Job Details:
- Need 3 CRNAs: one scheduled for four 10-hour shifts per week and two scheduled for three 12-hour shifts per week
- 1 patient encounter per shift in a 12-bed department
- Must hold an active Ohio medical license
- Board certification required; credentialing timeframe is approximately 90 days
- Required certifications include ACLS, BLS, and PALS
- Perform adult general anesthesia across a range of surgical cases
- Administer spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia
- Manage obstetrical anesthesia cases
- Perform neurosurgical anesthesia including head and spine cases
- Handle complex vascular cases (excluding open heart)
- Manage complex orthopedic cases
- Apply pain management techniques including epidural steroid injections for lumbar and cervical regions
- Perform transforaminal procedures including lumbar and cervical approaches
- Provide ventilation management and evaluation of acute volume and blood pressure issues
- Perform central line and arterial line placements
- Nearest airport is Columbus; lodging recommendations available upon request
- Locum Tenens assignment, ASAP start with ongoing need
