- General Anesthesia (Adult) - Required
- Pain Management Techniques - Required
- Ventilation Management - Required
- Evaluation and Management of Acute Volume/BP Issues - Required
- Spinal Anesthesia - Preferred
- Epidural Anesthesia - Preferred
- Obstetrical Cases - Preferred
- Surgery Types: Cardiac, Complete Ortho, Complex Vascular, Head/Spine, Neuro, OB, Pediatric, Regional, Thoracic
- Credentialing: Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days; Temporary privileges not available
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible required
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Licensure: Must be licensed in Ohio only; IMLC not accepted
