Assignment Details:

• Duration: One year
• One day per week (Wednesday or Thursday)
• 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• DSO setting

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD
• Active Ohio dental license or ability to obtain one

Compensation & Benefits:

• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Weekly pay
