Compensation

Annual Salary: $600,000-$700,000

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Active California medical license or ability to obtain licensure
• Minimum of five (5) years of post-fellowship cardiothoracic surgery experience in an independent practice setting
• Demonstrated expertise in adult cardiac surgery and thoracic procedures
• Proven commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and quality outcomes
• Experience contributing to program growth and multidisciplinary team leadership
• Strong communication and collaborative leadership skills
