Compensation
Annual Salary: $600,000-$700,000

Qualifications
- Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Active California medical license or ability to obtain licensure
- Minimum of five (5) years of post-fellowship cardiothoracic surgery experience in an independent practice setting
- Demonstrated expertise in adult cardiac surgery and thoracic procedures
- Proven commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and quality outcomes
- Experience contributing to program growth and multidisciplinary team leadership
- Strong communication and collaborative leadership skills
