Currently a level II NICU transitioning to a level III. 24/7 in-house coverage with NNP support. 12-bed NICU w/plans to expand to 20+. largest NICU in Southern New Mexico, there is significant opportunity to mold the unit and help foster its growth. Competitive salary in the mid-high $300k range with full benefits provided.
