As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll work alongside licensed Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality, individualized care that restores function, improves quality of life, and supports patients throughout every stage of recovery. In this role, you'll make a meaningful impact while contributing to department operations, quality improvement initiatives, and a team committed to exceptional patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Provide physical therapy treatments and therapeutic modalities under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Help patients improve mobility, strength, function, and independence following injury, illness, or disability
  • Educate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, helping them achieve their highest level of function
  • Coordinate, delegate, and support the work of Physical Therapy Technicians
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation, treatment records, and charge entry
  • Participate in departmental operations, performance improvement, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Support department goals through efficient, cost-conscious practices
  • Ensure compliance with infection prevention, safety protocols, equipment training, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with therapists and interdisciplinary care teams to provide exceptional patient-centered care

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Current State Physical Therapist Assistant license
  • Current BLS (CPR) certification
  • 3+ years of Physical Therapist Assistant experience preferred
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills

  • Outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation with post-operative care
  • Adult rehabilitation featuring orthopedic, neurological, oncology, lymphedema, and pelvic health services
  • Pediatric rehabilitation in multidisciplinary and aquatic therapy settings
  • Sports medicine and orthopedic rehabilitation with access to aquatic therapy and fitness facilities
