• Requirements: Board Certification; Active CA License and DEA
• Schedule: Monday- Friday (5x8)

• Case load: Bread and Butter Family Practice
• Type of Patients: Must be comfortable seeing all ages
• See all patient types without any limitations or restrictions
• Support Staff: 2 MA's back office & .5 MA front office
