• Department Description Bread and butter, General, Dental, Urology, Orthopedic, ENT (some pediatric),OB/GYN, dialysis shots, basic cardiology.
• Skills Required: Invasive Lines: Yes, A Lines: Yes - Capable for lines but not many placed., Regional Block: Blocks are preferred, but not required., Ultrasound guided PNB: Yes

Practice Setting:

• Hospital - Yes

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Required
• License Required: Required Active TX License
• Certifications Preferred: BLS
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days

Additional Information:

• We need strong CRNAs to cover here consistently. We have multiple facilities within a 30 minute radius. If they would like to be open to other facilities close by, that would be great.
