What You'll Do

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents receiving long-term and rehabilitation services

Administer medications and treatments

Assess residents and report changes in condition

Work closely with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary care team

Help create a safe, positive, and respectful environment for every resident

What We're Looking For

Current Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

Compassionate and dependable
