What You'll DoAssess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care in accordance with individualized care plans
Administer medications and complete treatments based on resident needs
Supervise and support nursing assistants
Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being
Current RN or LPN license
Ability to administer medications (IV certification as required)
Working knowledge of state rules and regulations
Positive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
