Pain Management Nurse Practitioner

An independent, community-focused health system in Southern Wisconsin, just north of Rockford, IL, is seeking a Pain Management Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative team dedicated to improving outcomes for patients living with acute, chronic, and complex pain conditions.

Position Highlights:

• Join an established Pain Management team
• Provide comprehensive care for acute, chronic, and complex pain conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans with physician collaboration
• Perform office-based procedures, including Botox, joint, and soft tissue injections
• Manage follow-up care, medication management, and patient education
• Collaborate with PT/OT and multidisciplinary care teams
• Practice evidence-based, patient-centered pain management
• Support a growing program focused on improving patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• NP or PA with active state licensure
• 2 3 years of APP experience preferred
• Pain management or orthopedic experience a plus
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with minor procedures and EMR systems
• Current BLS, medical license, and DEA license required
