Position Overview

Provide emergency department advanced practice coverage.

Cross credentialing across multiple sites is required as referenced.

Annual volume referenced as approximately 32,000.

Charting system: Meditech.

Required Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner.

Active Virginia NP license.

DEA with Virginia address.

Board certification through AANP or ANCC.

ACLS, ATLS, and PALS.

Case logs and CME documentation as required by the site.

Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.

Credentialing and Onboarding

Credentialing timeline varies by site. Estimated timeframe referenced as 61 to 90 days.

Vaccination and screening documentation may be required.
