As an RN on our Transitional Care Unit, you will provide exceptional care to patients with a wide variety of medical diagnoses while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, case managers, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals as part of a highly engaged multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering outstanding patient outcomes.
