We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and wants the opportunity to increase earnings through performance and commission.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential & commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Educate customers and recommend the best solutions
• Complete service calls efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate service documentation
• Promote maintenance agreements when appropriate

Compensation

• $25/hour + commission opportunities
• $70 bonus per after-hours call, plus overtime pay for each after hours call
• Overtime pay available

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification
• Strong diagnostic skills
• Clean driving record & background
• Drug free candidates
• Professional attitude and strong customer skills
• Self-motivated and dependable

Full-Time Monday-Friday Rotating On-Call
