General Labor Raw Department
Position Summary
The RAW Department Production Associate supports the preparation and processing of raw meat products in a refrigerated production environment. Team members perform general production line duties while following food safety, quality, and sanitation standards.
Essential Responsibilities
Perform general production line work in the RAW Department.
Handle raw product according to company food safety procedures.
Assist with product preparation, packaging, and material movement.
Perform light or heavy lifting as required by production needs.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas.
Follow all GMP, SQF, HACCP, and safety requirements.
Work effectively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to work in a cold/refrigerated environment.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform repetitive motions.
Ability to lift and move products and materials throughout the shift.
Comfortable working in cold temperatures for extended periods.
Work Environment
