As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining industrial machinery to ensure safe and efficient production. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to producing quality work while following all safety procedures.

- Day Shift: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Night Shift: 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM, 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
- 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
- Monday-Friday 8 hour shifts available

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining industrial machinery to ensure safe and efficient production. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate production machinery
- Perform routine machine inspections and preventative maintenance checks
- Monitor equipment to ensure efficient operation and minimize downtime
- Calibrate and adjust machines as needed
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report mechanical concerns
- Load raw materials into machines and monitor production output
- Maintain accurate production, quality, and downtime records
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, schematics, or technical manuals is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required
