Job Title: Physician Assistant (PA) ENT Outpatient Only

Location: Salisbury, MD (Maryland Eastern Shore Area)

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Job Summary

A popular and successful ENT practice in the Maryland Eastern Shore area is actively seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to join their growing team. This is a premier opportunity to join a stable group that already includes experienced ENT PAs, Audiologists, and robust clinical support staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Provide evaluation and management for the full spectrum of Ear, Nose, and Throat (Otolaryngology) disorders in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Procedures: Perform in-office clinical procedures, including flexible laryngoscopy and nasal endoscopy.
• Collaboration: Work alongside board-certified Otolaryngologists and a supportive team of APPs and Audiologists.
• Stability: No on-call obligations and no surgical duties

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• Monday Friday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
• No Nights, No Weekends
• 100% Outpatient (No Hospital Rounding)

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in Otolaryngology (ENT) as a Physician Assistant is preferred, however candidates with experience in relevant specialties (Urgent Care, Primary Care, Emergency Medicine) are also strongly encouraged to apply. Recent graduates with an interest in ENT and ties to the MD Eastern Shore area and also encouraged to apply!
• Licensure: Current Maryland Physician Assistant License (or eligibility to obtain).
• Certifications: Active DEA License.
• Skills: Proficiency with EMR systems and strong clinical procedural skills.
