REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• General surgery, deep sedation/MAC, neurosurgical cases, ventilation management, oversight of physician-administered regional anesthesia.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Board: NBCRNA Board Certification
  • Licenses: Active Michigan RN License
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA)
  • Experience: Not accepting new graduates
  • Other Qualifications: Willingness to work variable shifts, NPDB Self-Query report within 30 days, clean malpractice/license history
  • Provider needs to be able to do most all procedures
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Deliver anesthesia care for a variety of inpatient surgical procedures, including general surgery, neurosurgical cases, and deep sedation/MAC
  • Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff
  • Provide preoperative assessments and patient education
  • Administer anesthetics safely and monitor patients throughout surgical procedures
  • Document patient care and anesthesia management accurately in Epic EMR
