Growing, well-established, innovative coil coater located in Gary, Indiana, looking for proactive Entry Level employees with a strong drive and work ethic as we expand our business. Candidates must be able to function well in a team environment. We require team players that will help drive our proactive approach toward running our business. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package in a union environment.

• Rotating shift work and overtime will be required.
• Prior metal processing, manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred but is not a necessity.
• High School degree, or equivalent, is required.
