We are looking for an experienced attorney to join our Employment/Labor Law Litigation Department.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in Employment/Labor Law
• Ability to work on cases independently and with a team
• Quick and effective research skills to form legal strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong negotiation skills

Duties and responsibilities:

• Preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs in a timely and accurate manner
• Developing strong strategies to resolve cases in favorable and cost-effective manner
• Representing and defending the client's rights in court
• Conducting depositions, mediations, arbitrations, bench and jury trials
• Researching various aspects of the case to support client's claims
• Staying informed on any current statutory and case laws
