Responsibilities Include:

• Court Appearances for various motions and conferences
• Taking and defending depositions
• Propounding Discovery and Supplement if necessary
• Responding to Discovery
• Drafting Meet and Confer letters
• Legal research and writing using Westlaw
• Preparing and drafting discovery motions
• Gathering and analyzing data produced in discovery
• Responding to law and motion
• Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients
• Conduct mediations and negotiations to resolve cases
• Settle cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients
• Drafting Trial Documents
• Second Chair Trials
