Lara & Luna is seeking an exceptional litigation attorney to join our growing Plaintiff's Employment Law practice. • Take and defend depositions.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a confident, strategic litigator who enjoys advocating for employees and is looking for a long-term professional home.

Qualifications include:

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• 1+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.
• Trial experience is a plus but not required.
