The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment. The ideal candidate will have at least one of experience in workers' compensation handling cases from A-Z. However, we are willing to train the right candidate from the group up - new grads should apply!

Qualifications:

• Candidates MUST be CA State Barred and reside in the state of California.

Responsibilities:

• Handling cases from inception to final resolution.
• Represent clients before the workers' compensation appeals board.
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
• Prepare and defend clients in depositions.
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
