Seeking attorney candidates with 3-7 years of legal experience and/or prior employment in education, public entities, or labor relations, or civil litigation, with the following qualifications:

• Strong academic credentials, excellent writing, research, and communication skills;
• Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks with attention to detail;
• Effectively and independently manage projects and cases in a strong team environment;
• Flexibility, initiative, and desire to work on a broad array of legal matters arising in the representation of public education entities;
• Member in good standing of the California Bar.

We are located in La Mesa, California and are looking for highly motivated candidates to join our team of dedicated individuals who genuinely care about making a profound and positive impact on public education.

We are an expanding law firm with a statewide practice representing school districts, community college districts, university auxiliary organization and public charter and private schools in areas of governance, labor relations, Title IX services, harassment and discrimination complaints, investigations, school facilities, student discipline, litigation and other areas of general counsel. The firm also provides legal services for municipal law, special district law, appeals and writs, business and corporate law, family law, and general civil litigation.
