Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed attorney to join our growing team. This role is well suited to candidates ranging from newly licensed attorneys to those with several years of practice experience. Family law experience is a plus but not required - we welcome attorneys who bring strong legal fundamentals, sound judgment, and a genuine interest in family law, and are willing to invest in training the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of family law matters including divorce, child custody, support, and property division
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct client consultations and maintain clear, consistent communication throughout the life of a case
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management
• Maintain compliance with California Rules of Professional Conduct and firm billing policies

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar
• Fluency in Hindi, Mandarin/Cantonese, or Spanish in addition to English (required - our client base includes many non-English-speaking families, and language ability is essential to effective representation)
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in family law or related civil litigation
• Familiarity with MyCase or similar practice management software

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $110,000-$250,000, commensurate with experience
• Health insurance, 401(k) match, State Bar licensing fee reimbursement
