• 3-5 years of experience in inpatient internal medicine required
• Active New York Nurse Practitioner license required
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• Strong comfort level working independently on an inpatient internal medicine service
• Experience with admissions and discharges required
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and patient management skills

• Provide high-quality inpatient care for internal medicine patients
• Manage admissions, discharges, and ongoing daily patient care
• Perform assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with the care team as needed
• Work independently while maintaining a strong standard of patient safety and clinical excellence
• Support efficient workflow across the internal medicine unit
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a busy hospital setting
