• Active North Carolina NP or PA License - Required
• DEA License - Required

• Post-Acute, Acute Care, Emergency Department, or Clinic Experience - Preferred

Practice Details

• Round in skilled nursing facilities
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams
• Develop and manage individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress and coordinate ongoing care
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families
• Maintain timely and accurate medical documentation
