The Mission: Closing the Gap

You will help build a clinical bridge for individuals transitioning from city and county jails back into the community.


You will provide:

  • Medication management for high-acuity patients
  • Forensic diversion support
  • Integrated physical + psychiatric triage
  • Continuity of care during critical transitions

This work directly supports some of the most vulnerable individuals in the system, ensuring stability where gaps often exist.

  • Permanent 4/10 schedule

Sustainable Scheduling
  • 90-minute new evaluations
  • 30-minute follow-ups

Forensic & Community Work
  • Partner with forensic outreach teams for "warm hand-offs"

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: $150,000-$175,000+
  • 5% automatic 403(b) employer contribution after 6 months
