Join a Collaborative Primary Care Team Serving the Greater Boston CommunityShe Recruits is partnering with a respected healthcare organization to recruit an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for an outpatient primary care opportunity in Brighton, Massachusetts.

- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, physical examinations, and health assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop individualized treatment and preventive care plans
- Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic test results
- Prescribe medications and other therapeutic interventions in accordance with state regulations
- Educate patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and chronic disease management
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, behavioral health providers, and community care teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Participate in occasional community-based patient visits to support continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
- Support quality improvement initiatives and organizational goals
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current Massachusetts NP or PA license (or ability to obtain)
- Certification as one of the following:
- Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP)
- Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C)
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
- Minimum of one year of primary care clinical experience
- Experience managing patients with multiple chronic conditions
- Bilingual language skills are a plus
- Experience working in community health or value-based care settings
- Competitive salary: $100,000 $150,000, based on experience
